1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ListingPulsar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

ListingPulsar retrieves and stores Amazon product data on your behalf using Amazon's Selling Partner API and third-party data services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the data you request.

3. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not share your account or resell access to the service.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• ASIN limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
• Purchased credits do not expire and are not refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying data pipeline.
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the API.
• Use the service in a way that violates Amazon's terms of service.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Data accuracy depends on Amazon's API and third-party data sources, which we do not control.

7. Limitation of Liability

ListingPulsar is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
