1. Who We Are

ListingPulsar is operated by ListingPulsar ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide a SaaS tool that pulls and stores Amazon product data for sellers and consultants. You can reach us at support@listingpulsar.com.

2. What We Collect

• Account information: your email address when you sign up.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• ASIN data you submit: the Amazon product identifiers you provide and the data we fetch on your behalf.
• Usage data: how many ASINs you've pulled, your selected plan, and column preferences.

3. How We Use It

• To provide and operate the ListingPulsar service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, exports) from noreply@listingpulsar.com.
• To enforce plan limits and credits.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot problems with your account or data (see Section 4).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Support Access to Your Data

To diagnose problems with your account or data (for example, a field that is missing or displaying incorrectly), authorized ListingPulsar administrators can view the ASIN data stored in your account, including in a read-only view that mirrors what you see in your own dashboard.

• We access your data only when needed to provide support, investigate an issue you report, or keep the service working correctly. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it with other customers.
• This view is read-only: viewing your data this way does not change it.
• Access is limited to authorized administrators, and each time an administrator starts viewing an account, we record it in an internal access log.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Railway — backend infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• ScraperAPI / Amazon SP-API — Amazon product data retrieval.
• Google Analytics — website analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized data about how visitors use this site (pages visited, time on site, traffic sources). This data is processed by Google. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and ASIN data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@listingpulsar.com.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use this site. These cookies collect anonymized data and do not identify you personally. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email.
